Dues Statements / Closing Letters for Purchase or Refinance

To obtain an HOA letter for closing, please submit a request at least 5 business days in advance of the closing date with the following information:

Seller name
Buyer name
Buyer's email
Property address
Expected closing date
Whether it is a purchase or refinance

There is a $10 processing fee for this statement/letter, paid at closing to Liberty on the Lake HOA.
